Human Rights Cafè

The HR Cafè is back for a second year, led by new and familiar faces. This year we shall explore topics of press freedom and mental health. Mental health and stress related issues have increased for young people from the teen years, well into adulthood. Unhealthy coping mechanisms increase the negative effects of unadressed mental health issues. We have paired up with the Arqus Student House to create a safe space for students to discuss mental health and share resources. We provide free refreshments at each of our events.
